Pizza night done right! Take a package of store bought pizza crust and layer on your favorite toppings. Our choice uses a combination of sweet fig butter, tangy goat cheese, thinly sliced red onion, salty prosciutto, a handful of peppery arugula and finished with a drizzle of balsamic glaze. It's easy enough for a Wednesday night but could feed a crowd when entertaining with friends too.
